Service Design
Designing connected services across digital tools, people, information, and physical operations.
With 20+ years in UX and interface design, I apply service-design methods to connect digital tools, people, information, and physical operations.

Just-in-Time Field Delivery
Independent Service Design Concept
The Problem
Construction delivery depends on coordination between production, transportation, site readiness, and installation. When schedules or status information fall out of sync, materials can arrive too early, too late, or out of sequence, creating delays and unnecessary handling.
Project Context
This independent service design concept explores how production, logistics, and field installation could operate as one coordinated service.
Design Objective
Create a coordinated service that gives production, transportation, and field teams the information they need to deliver and install materials at the right time.
The Solution
A shared service layer synchronizes production status, delivery progress, site readiness, and installation sequencing so each team can act on the same information at the right time.
Surfaces the information that field teams need to coordinate arrival and installation.

Bell Self-Installation Experience
Professional UX/UI and Design Systems Work
The Problem
Installing home services required customers to coordinate physical equipment, connections, instructions, and digital setup. When these touchpoints didn't work together clearly, customers needed extra support or technician intervention.
Project Context
This professional project focused on improving Bell’s home service installation experience by connecting digital guidance with the physical setup process.
Design Objective
Create a consistent self-service experience that connects digital guidance, customer actions, and Bell’s broader service ecosystem.

A retrospective mapping of the customer journey based on my product design work. created for analysis and not a Bell deliverable.

The Solution
A shared design system created consistent patterns across Bell’s self-service experiences, connecting setup, activation, and support through clearer digital guidance.

Greenhouse Operations
Independent Service Design Concept
The Problem
Greenhouse operations depend on coordinating environmental conditions, watering, ventilation, and plant care. When this information is fragmented, routine decisions become harder to manage consistently.
Project Context
This independent service design concept explores how environmental monitoring, scheduling, and routine greenhouse tasks could operate as one coordinated service.
Design Objective
Create a coordinated system that gives growers clear environmental data, schedules routine tasks, and supports timely decisions across greenhouse operations.
The Solution
Environmental data and observations are translated into prioritized, scheduled work, creating a continuous feedback loop between greenhouse conditions and field activity.
